We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and school holidays. However, we often accommodate same-day and next-day requests depending on availability — just call us!

Yes — someone over 18 needs to be present to direct placement and sign for the delivery. We'll call you 30 minutes before arrival so you're prepared.

Standard rentals cover a 4–6 hour window, which gives plenty of time for your event. We'll set up before your start time and pick up right after. Extensions are available if needed.

Each inflatable has specific capacity and age recommendations, which we'll share at the time of booking. We can help you choose the right unit based on your guests' ages and group size.

Safety comes first — we won't set up during active rain or high winds. If weather forces a cancellation, we'll work with you to reschedule or find an alternative date at no extra charge.
